Premier Club member Julieanne has lost nearly five stone
“Back in 2009 I was in great shape and completed the Silverstone Half Marathon.
“I finally decided to do something about my weight since I was unhappy with the way I looked and my clothes did not fit very well. I had tried other weight loss clubs with little success. Having read about Tracey’s classes in a popular slimming magazine I decided to give it a go.
“I found the plan easy to follow which helped greatly. I could still eat normal foods but simply controlled the portion size.
“During my journey of weight loss I had the support of my husband and children. It was so nice to have them congratulate me as I reached my goals. I also had support from my aunt who joined class the same time. We were able to encourage one another. Having my family’s support helped tremendously.
“I found it easy to continue to go to class because I enjoy the exercise routines and we had great fun whilst working out. Having such an enthusiastic weight loss consultant as Tracey makes you want to continue and return each week.
“Tracey has always been there at the end of the phone or email to support me when I’ve needed it. She is very encouraging and motivates you to carry on even if you’ve had a bad week at the scales.
“Since losing weight I have found that I have more energy and am able to do even more exercise and more running. Work colleagues are always commenting on how well I have done and how good I look.
“I am pleased with how much I have managed to lose and am so glad I took that first step to attend class.
“I have every intention to maintain my current weight and next year I hope to fulfil my ultimate dream of running the London Marathon.
“I would say that the hardest part is taking the first step to attend class. Once you are through the door and with the right support you can achieve what you want.
“Tracey is great at motivating new and existing members and does everything she can to support and help you achieve your goals. Her classes are very energising and fun which make you feel very upbeat by the end of each session.”
